Each order is printed on demand carefully packaged and shipped to you from our studio, Usually, it takes 3–5 days to fulfill your order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but here is when should you expect to receive your artwork:
USA: 5–10 business days
Australia: 6-12 business days
New Zealand:6-12 business days
Canada: 6-12 business days
UK: 4-8 business days
Ireland:9-15 business days
Greece:8-20 business days
Germany: 7-17 business days
France: 4-10 business days
Spain:4-10 business days
Brazil: 5-10 business days
Rest of Europe:9–18 business days
International: 13–27 business days
Remember that these are only estimations and are subject to change based on different conditions but you will be given a tracking code upon dispatch that you can use to track your parcel.
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! Mainly in US, Canada, Australia, Brazil and Europe (spain, Latvia and UK).
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. To name few: FedEx, USPS, DHL, Asendia.
Currently we have 2 days express shipping in US , Canada, Europe and Australia. Other than that reach out to us and we will sort that for you manually from our side. Please contact us before confirming your order.
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please give it an extra 5 days, due to the current pandemic global shipping is under restrictions. After that period you can reach out to us with your order number and we can send you a replacement order for free or offer you a full refund.
Yes, you will be given a tracking code upon dispatch that you can use to track your parcel. Just check your email.
Yes we do ship internationally. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. If customs and import taxes are to be paid, the carrier will contact you. Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs. From this point, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs.
Note that shipping isn't available in Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea due to legal restrictions.
We use your home post delivery which might take extra time, if you want to speed up the process let us know to check express shipping for you with FedEx.

The Art Prints are printed on a Cotton rag matte paper (100% cotton, 300gsm, acid-free and lignin-free).

Yes we do, our artists can draw artwork upon request just for you. Just reach out to us and we will redirect you to the concerned artist for further details. Please note that the artwork will still be a print and not an original commission piece, as such pieces are sold at auction.
Yes, we can print it for you in a bigger print up to 24x36 inches. Reach out to us in chats.
shop policy
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order with no exchange (refund is issued in case of damaged products), we'd be happy to help. Just contact us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Note: we send your returned product to charity.
We have 4 days full refund policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a full refund. We don't require product returns so you can keep them but bear in mind that we offer those returns for charity in case you are interested. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged or not the product that you've ordered ( in case we mismatched your product) send us pictures or proofs and we'll sort that out. If your order is lost in transit please give it 5 additional days of the expected delivery and we'll be able to issue a refund if there's no update in the tracking link.
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out the size chart in our product page, you will find it just underneath the size options button. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know within four days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please reach out to us no later than four days after the product has been received with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
No! We don't offer refund for people who cancel their orders, only for reasonable reasons.
