Refund policy
Refunds
We have 4 days full refund policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a full refund. We don't require product returns so you can keep them but bear in mind that we offer those returns for charity in case you are interested.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged or not the product that you've ordered ( in case we mismatched your product). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@drartwork.com or simply fill the form in our Contact us page. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a full refund through Paypal. Please remember it can take some time for us to process and post the refund too ( max one week).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like our digital art collection. Products that got delayed within less than 20 days after the expected delivery also can't be refunded since we have global restrictions with international shipping due to the current pandemic. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Reshipping
We are more than happy to reship you our products in case you received them damaged for free, but remember that the full refund isn't applicable in this case so you should choose one of the two options.
