- Requesting a refund is possible up to 4 days after recieving your art pieces
- Refund can be requested in case of damaged art pieces
- Refund can be requested in case of mismatched art pieces (wrong art pieces received)
- Pictures of the damaged or mismatched art pieces must be provided when requesting a refund
- Art pieces return is not required in case of refund (You can keep them)
- Downloadable digital art pieces can't be refunded or returned
